I installed a program to test with some class mates. but after a while. I couldn't remove it because when you wanted to remove it via control pannel > Programs it will ask for a code/password to remove and it is one that I dont know.
So I decided to run msconfig to turn off the service on boot. but when I apply it they will turn on automatically.

I can't turn it off via services.msc. So i found a program procces hacker with that program I was able to remove them. But 1 off them I couldn't remove.

On the screenshot you can see which file. So it is a dll file that I want te remove.
But that program got subfolders to. But I can't remove them it will give me the error access denied
By right clicking on the folder changing owner ship will give the error access denied to.

I also turned on windows build-in administrator account. So I tryed this :
rd /s /q C:\ProgramData\Sophos
takeown /f C:\ProgramData\Sophos

and I also tryed more cmds. But all off them said : Error access denied.

Can someone help me out ?:D
btw sorry for my bad english forgive me :D

After checking services and msconfig, and turning off any found services or startups related to this item, Safe Mode boot, I think you can still use your admin acct -- delete the pesky file. Let us know what happens :)
