Error: ATIKMPAG.SYS. Bsod on startup

Hey Win7 forums,

Recently, i upgraded my GPU and PSU, erased all my HD and installed a fresh Windows. The PC is working fine, i can boot and everything is working till i install the AMD DRIVER for my GPU. If i do it i will receive a BSOD on startup. Then i will have to go on safe mode and unistall the driver so my machine can work fine again...
