Error Code 8007006E, 66A Problems in installing Updates in Windows 7

Hi

I am facing some issues PERSISTANTLY. I am unable to install 7 updates relating to the following (these are latest updates after I check for updates): -

1. Security Update for Office 2003 (KB2817480) => Error details: Code 8007006E
2. Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB2543854) => Error details: Code 8007006E
3. Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2468871) => Error details: Code 66A
4. Security Update for Office 2003 (KB2760574) => Error details: Code 8007006E
5. Security Update for Office 2003 (KB2817474) => Error details: Code 8007006E
6. Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB2539581) => Error details: Code 8007006E
7. Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB2288613) => Error details: Code 8007006E

Can somebody PLEASE help me? I have already tried the system update readiness tool, the sfc scannow tool, various microsoft fixits but to no avail... (.
