Error Code 80070308 for all KB..... update since end of March

Hello,

Running Windows 7 Pro 64bit Service Pack 1
So, I have been getting code 80070308 for the last month. I did try windows "fix it", Downloaded "SURT" and ran SFC as Admin. I even tried a clean boot running only Windows programs at startup.... nothing. Still getting the error.

On a side note, I believe the 2 updates that first failed (which I have since hidden) were KB3035573 (recomended) and KB2990214 (important) Update Log attached

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)
