Solved Windows Update Fails w error code 80070308

Since mid February, all of my Windows update patches have continually failed with and error code of 80070308. I have never had an issue with any Windows Updates prior to mid February. I am running Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit. I have a newer Dell XPS8500 machine with 32 GB RAM and an Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.4 GHZ. The following updates continually fail:

I tried running the "Fix it" program recommended in the MS troubleshooting link, but that did not help. I have also tried installing with Norton 360 turned off (both virus protection and firewall). Any help that you can provide would be most welcome. Thanks in advance!
