error create recovery media, an unexpected errored(rc=31)

I'm attempting to burn factory recovery disks on a lenovo T430u windows 7 professional sp 1. I using DVD-R to made one recovery disk but can't make the other due to error rc31. Is there a fix for this?

first try and make an iso image of the Lenovo_recovery using any iso software like gizmo, or imgburn or burnware etc.. and then Mount the Iso image file and try and do the same thing
