Error During Install on HP15 - 15-ab257tx

Got this laptop, had Win 10 on it and its becoming a nightmare to switch to Windows 7. Got an ISO old Win 7 ISO that worked but detected no USB drives at all. Then got another here with SP1 that wont even work.

Goes into Copying Windows Files, Then Expanding Then stays at 0% Error.

"Windows Cannot Install Required Files, Makes Sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation"

Has given me error codes in the past. I am using ISO burned into a DVD will be trying it from an USB drive next with Rufus. USB Driver says it needs a driver to install it from USB. Gosh..

Do I use a DVD for the ISO or will it work without hassle if I used a USB (wont give me the usual CD/DVD Drive Driver missing)

I am trying to install this from the DVD, and I am now getting this dreaded error message CD/DVD Device Driver is Missing, if you have a driver please insert it now. Can anybody help?

Your laptop has a i7 6500U CPU. It's from Skylake family. Win 7 installation disk doesn't have some drivers needed to install (that is why you get CD/DVD Device Driver is Missing).
You must, on another computer, add those drivers (USB3.x and SATA) to the win 7 installation disk.
Fist of all, you must get a Win 7 64 SP1 (any type) installation disk.
On BIOS, Secure Boot and Fast Boot must be disabled.
