Can't repair 0xc0000225 error during install

Hi, I'm trying to reinstall Windows 7. I've reformatted my SSD but when i start my PC it starts loading the filies from my CD/DVD and then I get the 0xc0000225 error message that says to click "repair your computer". When I click enter to continue it asks me to choose an operating system to start or asks to tab to select a tool. I click the only option listed which is "Windows Setup [EMS Enabled]" but it immediately takes me back to the 0xc0000025 error screen.

I never got to the option of selecting a partition to install Windows 7.

Any help would be appreciated.

After a lot of searching it appears the problem is with the APIC being turned off in the Bios on this particular motherboard.

From post #1, "...message that says to click "repair your computer" " your disk isn't completely clean or it is loading a boot loader from other disk.
For security reasons, detach any other disks from the MB (SATA or power cable) leaving on only the target disk.
If you don't have any data on another partition on disk, to do a clean install you should clean all partitions and then create new.

Also, depending on your MB, you can install Win 7 as Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT.
