I was looking at an article on pcworld.com, trying to optimize whatever i could since my computer has been stalling at start-up. I disabled a few "start-up" programs and one or two other things that are listed int he article here: Optimize Your Windows 7 PC - PCWorld
Now every time I try attempt to open "msconfig" I receive this message in a dialog box.
"The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
Thanks in advance,
