Error to update directx

hi i'm new in this forum and i hope can help me, thanks

I have been trying to update my directX with all installers posibles and i always get this error: An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem.

I already tried that installer and this Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Official Microsoft Download Center but I get the same error

Try to use a restore point prior to the problem, if not try running SFC Scannow, at least three times
