getting error when trying to update to win 10

Have windows 7 ultimate 64.
Need to upgrade to win 10 64 for job.
I keep getting a "we dont know what happened. But we're unable to run this tool on your pc..........error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000

The Media Creation Tool requires the TLS 1.2 protocol to be enabled. Install KB3140245 as well as EasyFix 51044 from the embedded link at KB3140245. Enabling the protocol requires both steps to be executed.
