error using DVD+RDL8X discs

Where did this movie come from? if you downloaded it then where from? What is the movie file size in MB and what format is it (ie What's the file extension)?
Edit:
Please complete your system specs, follow this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html
Must have details of your DVD/CD writer to answer your question properly!

movie mp4 from u tube then converted to mpeg 2 using cuda
have used burner in windows 7 media player also free easy cd-dvd burner both failed using the dvd+rdl 8x.
read somewhere this type of disc unsuitable , that was after I had already bought discs , have 7 other long playing documentaries that wont go on my external drive, is why I need correct disc-- brand I am using is RITEK

In my previous post i asked the following:

You have given the file extension but seem to have ignored everything else.
I cannot help you unless you answer these questions!
BTW when you signed up for your You Tube account you agreed to abide by the You Tube Terms and Conditions one of which clearly states that you must not copy (download) any You Tube content. You seemed to have ignored this as well!
While I am asking questions here's another couple:
Do you intend playing the finished video in a DVD player or through your PC?
How did you try to burn the movie, did you choose to burn a DVD or a data Disc?
