The absolute worst PC model to find any Support online is Packard Bell.

Keep in mind that you still have a working ethernet controller on that computer (in all likelihood) which only needs a driver. The method to determine what it is starts with finding the Device showing a missing driver in Device Manager, then tracing the Hardware ID using this method: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/73420-hardware-identification.html

Once you have the make and model of device, find it on the maker's Support Downloads webpage, or google it to find the latest driver.

Hopefully this will help others who hit on this thread through Google searches over Packard Bell non-support.

OKay!,I opened the omputer and was goingto check for the network card, BUT that's kind of hidden... Behind everything, I bet they do that because they weant to make money and make us sendthem in for repair... What about those USB Network Cards? Are those acceptable ?, or the USB Wireless ?
