I'm now getting 50 of these errors on bootup:

I have no idea what his machine is doing!!

Type event viewer in search, go to administrative. You will see the error code click on it until you get to a link, that allows you to download a current certificate. A program on your computer does not have a valid certificated. It is possible because your list is not up to date.

Download any new programs, lately?

I never had that problem, until this morning. I downloaded the free Paragon Software, last night. Are you in the same situation?

That was the only reason that I knew the answer to your post.

I've tried that solution a couple of times. It says that the list was successfully installed, but the errors keep coming back in the event viewer like a bad dream.

You mean event 4107? Some people have reported that disabling the WMP network sharing service solves the problem.

I dont explain I just bring the news. Go to services, go to windows media network sharing services. Go to dependancies tab and make sure it is not needed for anything, if not just turn it off. I think the warnings will turn off, too.

Richard, grateful for your input.

So far all suggested solutions don't fix this. Is there a way of clearing out these certificates and building up a clean set??

have to say I've never got this involved with windows before, never had to.

I will tell you everything that I know

Last night I downloaded some great free software from Paragon, (a system image). This morning, for the first time, I had the problem that you have. At first I changed the certificate and thought it worked, but it came back. Then I googled and came up with the Windows Media Center and did that and it seems to work. Check again, make sure it is disabled and then boot your computer. Get back to me

Yup, disabled the WMC.......and I still get the same old 50 errors and 1 warning. In fact I dissabled all of the services relating to WMC, 3 in all.

Dont know what to say. Mine got fixed with that adjusment.

I found a few other guys via google having the same problem. It looks like MS has boobed with one (or more) of it's own certificates. I guess we will have to wait for microsoft.

It appears to be fixed with a manual install.
