Every Steam game lags!

Hello,

I noticed this with CODMW3. I actually purchased the game at BestBuy and when I tried to install, steam kept forcing installation. Now the game only opens through Stream and its lags horribly.

I don't even know what to do.

Yeah, for now i'm keeping non-steam games.

Maby your internet is the problem here. If you have too slow internet your games might work slow as well !

If it helps, I'm having exactly the same issue.
Only the games running through steam seem to be lagging.
I can run bf3 at max res with no lag at all, but CS Source can barely manage 10 fps.
