Your DXdiag log shows 135 DirectShow filters, way too many & they could be conflicting. IE my very similar system has only 82 DS filters. My codec pack is CCCP and I've never had a lick of trouble with it.

A slew of your filters are Cyberlink. See if there are any codec packs that could be uninstalled (Check Programs & Features in Control Panel)... before removing anything, create a system restore point.

If you can only uninstall Cyberlink entirely to get rid of its filters, I suggest you do so, then see if your PC is stable. If it makes no difference you can always reinstall Cyberlink.
