What brand & model is your monitor? Try resetting your monitor to factory defaults or select AUTO.
I can guide you in that process if you get me the brand/model.

Also I suggest updating your graphics drivers. I can help you with that as well if you supply us with more information. Download and run Speccy and send a screenshot our way.

thank you for your help ,but as it turns out ,it's tedious - the cable that connected the PC with the monitor was plugged improperly haha ... but I heard many people experienced this problem and rarely has it given the right answer... but you right ,I definitely need to update the drivers .

Always check the cables, and swap in another monitor and if it's still acting up, to then likely eliminate the monitor as the trouble.

Then you need to swap the cable... the IEC cable (power) included.

And hope that it's fixed by then, gets ugly if those 2 aren't it.

Glad it was simple.
