Exception EosError code 8

Hi guys

Sorry for botherin ya, but i beg you please help me on this.

Many times when Im using my PC it develops this tendency to be unable to open many applications, including winzip, taskmgr, skype, steam, chrome etc etc....

a majority of them end up having this issue and have the "Exception EosError code 8" on them while for the taskmgr it just does application error...and chrome claims tht it crashes at the strt. heck it even fails to load dxdiag, or my computer - prperties, and the search thing in start menu doesnt work tht well

the only pattern ive seen this happening is when im on my pc for a long while....8 hrs.....and i take break in the middle leaving it on fo like 2 and when i come back it strts having this issue....ofcourse it also has happened randomly even if im not on tht long or when im actively using it.....but the previous pattern is more prevalent.

This problem is seriously annying for me since i have to restart everytime for it..... and mind u i even reinstalled windows 7 pro but it still happens (altho i did do windows transfer tho).....and it still occurs....

I'm just guessing here, but try keeping Task Manager open to the Processes tab (on your Desktop).
Then make the system freeze and see if there's any issues.
Here's detailed instructions on how to setup Task Manager for this task:

Also, you can monitor the system for excessive resource consumption. To do this, open up Task Manager by right clicking on the Task Bar.
Then select the Processes tab.
Then select the "Show processes from all users" button (in the lower left)
Then select the View menu item, then select "Select columns"
In the Select columns window, place checkmarks next to I/O Reads and I/O Other.
Click OK to accept the changes.
Resize the Task Manager window so you can see the most of the columns.
Wait for the system to freeze.
Look at all of the columns to see if there's anything that looks excessively high - if so, let us know the Image name of the process.
FWIW - System Idle Process is supposed to have high CPU readings - anything else with high CPU readings is an issue.

In most cases, if nothing reveals itself - then I'd suspect either a hardware problem or malware.
Try some of these free, bootable diagnostics:
