.EXE Files Do Not Open - even in safe mode!

I can't seem to run them as the administrator... and the black box that I assume is the program running itself only stays up for awhile.. or until I try and open a program...

You sure your not still infected? Any other errors apart from exe not opening? Have you tried creating another account? Have you tried running scans? Have you tried running MBAM from any external drive?

Sorry for so many questions, but needed to figure out whats actually happening in you pc.
