1. hey is anyone familiar with this app i did search on google but did not find answer on this related to my system.
How are my psu numbers looking for 520w seasonic ? 12V and 3V and what should it be ?

2. now my gpu memory runs at 98% as soon as i switch chrome and VLC player and gpu utilization 10% or less. Why isn't gpu memory and gpu ram no same thing ? using AMD 7770 1gb ddr5 ? and does chrome really use so much gpu memory ? for sites like ytube or any other flash based sites ?

3. how much power is system consuming ? and if i upgrade system will it enough to run AMD 3600 plus gpu, and ssd ?

4. any suggestion?

Hello robby10101, I had a look at your screenshot of HWMonitor.

The 12V and the 3.3V rails should be 12V and 3.3V, within a margin of error. Yours look fine. The maximum for 12V is 12.6V, and the maximum for 3.3V is 3.465V.

I do not understand what you mean by "GPU memory and GPU RAM"? Your screenshot shows you have two GPUs. One is built-in to the CPU, and the other is an external graphics card. The external graphics card has two clocks, one for the GPU itself, and another clock for the GPU's memory clock. This is quite normal.
