Explorer.exe Two independent Process/instances Are Running

in task manager i see that two explorer.exe instances are running. i scan whole my PC but this is not a virus and also if i kill the second one nothing happens , my PC works Fine. so someone help me to fix it. i attached a pic please see it. it looks like some program modifies the explorer.exe by adding some argument/Parameters and now windows is running it as a single independent process. (Looks like it can be fixed through registry but i just don't know how). So someone help me ...

This is not a problem. This will be the case if there is more than one user logged in with fast user switching. There are a number of other situations as well that will cause this. Nothing to be concerned about.

Edit: There will also be 2 and in some cases more instances of csrss.exe running.

But i am the Only Admin User then why These two explorer ?? this never Happened Before. Then why Now Suddenly two Explorer.exe ??

There is a setting to run Explorer as a separate process in Folder Options. There's also other instances the can cause this (mentioned above), like control panel or settings windows, applications opening file browser windows as administrator. .
