Explorer issues (no description in description column)

Description isn't populated for applications (exe's) in Windows Explorer (like Artist isn't populated for .m4a, where AudioShell is a workaround)

Any workaround?

I don't understand? The screen capture you show has a File Description. What .exe does not have one. If the info is not in the file then Windows Explorer can't display it.

My bad. I was using the Description column. I needed the File Description column.

The .exe that doesn't show a file description does not have that information in it for Windows Explorer to display. There is nothing you can do to change that as far as I know. It gets put in the executable at compile time when the .exe is created.
