I was fixing my other laptop and I wiped my external HDD thinking it was the laptop's HDD by mistake. I cleaned it via CMD(SELECT DISK 1, CLEAN) Any ideas to make it back to normal?

Maybe.

If that was DISKPART you were running, and you used the CLEAN command, then you wiped the drive of its partition structure and file tables, but unless you used the CLEAN ALL command then the data still lives on the sectors.

From MS:
Diskpart CLEAN - "Removes any and all partition or volume formatting from the disk with focus. On master boot record (MBR) disks, only the MBR partitioning information and hidden sector information are overwritten. "

You might try a program like RECUVA to see if it can reconstitute the data. Otherwise it is mega-bucks to have it done by professionals.
