External USBdrive shows in Devices screen but not accessible

Have a G-Mobile 1-tb external drive, shows in my Devices screen, shows to disconnect before removing but am not able to access drive to do file management tasks.

Plug in the G-Mobile 1-tb external drive.
- Open Device Manger. Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?
- Open Disk Manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc). Can you see the disk and its partitions? Is it formatted as NTFS or Fat32?
