The speed used to be optimal, but in the past weeks it increased up to 4 minutes which is insane.
I disabled most of non microsoft services and startup programs but it does not decrease at all. If you need any further logs/info feel free to ask.

Thank you

Did you use msconfig or simply Task manager ?
I wouldn't guess unchecking ms services would be a good thing to do ?
Post a couple of screen shots.

When did this happen or did it just happen gradually?

in your startup, there's a programs called Starter module that's coming from your user account, what's the path to that file?

Oh thats lightshot a screen capture app, it does not slow down as it's very small and executes instantly. And like i said even if i do a clean startup, it is still being slow

well, sorry i didn't catch this thread, it MAY be malware related, so I'd suggest the following...
run VipreRescue scanner, save it as a folder called VIPRE on your Desktop.
VIPRE Rescue - VIPRE Computer Recovery Solution

run ADWCleaner from here:
AdwCleaner Download

and dowload and install the FREE version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware(MBAM) from below and run a FULL scan:
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

do a scan with Kasperskys TDSSKiller from here:
TDSSKiller Rootkit Removal Utility Free Download | Kaspersky Lab US

and finally, a scan with MalwareBytes Anti-Rootkit (MBAR)

NOTE:
make sure you run the above tools with Administrator permissions by right clicking and selecting run as Administrator

hope everythig works out :)

Sometimes too, just having them in the msconfig startup list and not checked can slow things down. Especially with a large list of stuff.
CCleaner (in my sig) can actually delete the entries that are there that are already disabled in the tools section.

I have found that this usually solves slow boot problems.

Your awesome for reading this.
You have more freeloaders starting with Win7 than I've ever seen before. None of them are needed except your AV, any sync, gadgets or stickies you use which actually need to start with WIn7.

With such a dirty install you really need to do a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
to enjoy for the first time native Win7 performance without all of that crap interfering with the OS.

At the minimum I'd Clean Up Factory Bloatware.
