EDIT: All those are pay-for Driver finder software. Looks like the cam is an old one because all I see drivers for are Windows 98 and XP.
Does it show up in Device Manager?
Here is a free DriverMax Scanner tool. I have no experience with it so I don't know how accurate it is.
