"Failed to Connect to a Windows Service"

I've been getting this error message on start-up for the past few days. I've tried "winsock reset" via the command prompt and I've run "Winfix". At first, it looked like the problem was solved, but this morning I again had the error. I ran Malwarebytes, but no malware was detected. Any ideas?

The machine is Intel i5-2320 running at 3.0 GHz, 4.0 GB of RAM and 64 bit OS Win 7 Home Premium.

Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

Sorry it took so long to respond, but the problem seemed to go away for a while. It happened on three reboots this morning, including once when I tried a "clean boot". Here are the screen shots:

Hi,
Interesting your security is not listed on startup but is in services :/

Not sure what to say your startup list is as long as the third party services list
The only real program that should start with windows is your security

I'd look in all of the installed programs and uncheck the option to start with windows
Then open your security and make sure it is starting with windows.

I guess you could also after the above run sfc & check disk,
