Solved failing launching games with no error please help

i have a problem a long time and i don't know how to fix this...
in random games when i'm double clicking them the game doesn't start
there is NO error or something...it looks like the game is going to start but nothing happens....first i thought it was the windows problem but then i reinstalled the windows again and it still happend ..
a few days ago i bought a new windows 7 ultimate 64 Bit
and it still happening to a few games i have.
please help me solve this problem :\

We need specifications and more details as, for example, which games, and what hard drive you have and so on.

Also make sure to install DirectX 9 June 2010, Updated Audio and Video Drivers and Nvidia PhysX System Software.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
4.1 GB RAM
Video Card:AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series....
i have all the updated hard drives...and the latest DirectX 11 and the latest windows framework...
i can run almost every game but sometimes this problem appears in a random game..
it happens in games like: thief 3,battlefield 3,batman arkham city,borderlands 2..and more...
every other game i play its runs on the highest graphics and with no problem at all....

After clicking once did you try to run it second time.
Is your game appearing in the task manager.
Because it happens that first time some games don't start but
when you looks in task manager you can see its process running.
so if it is like that try to launch the game again.

i have tried to open them by clicking or "run as administrator"....and it is not appearing in the task manager even for one second....

this sounds like some other software maybe conflicting with the games launching.. i wonder what could be the problem.. what else have you installed other than games? the problem should have gone after re-installing windows as you mentioned but it still exist so that pointing to a software compatibility issue rather than hardware problem.

Could you attach and send your DXDiag.txt by clicking on the start menu and typing in dxdiag then enter. Then go onto save information

i managed to play borderlands 2 by login in steam and then log out but without closing the login menu and then i run the borderlands 2 and it worked...i dont know if this was the problem to all of my games (because i sold the other games)
if in the future i will have this problem i will post in this site again...
i hope i helped someone to fix this problem and thank you all for your help !
