Failing USB

So i found my old Verbatim Store'n'go 8GB USB that i got as a gift. It opened just normally then i discovered it was failing, here are 2 reasons.

1. It gave me an error message while making an folder.

3. I can't format it.

Can somebody please link me to a tool that fixes this? I really need the USB.

Even the tool dosen't want to work for my USB ._.
It says: Error: Failed to write to UFD at offset 0x.........
