Windows Update Error 80070002 Installing Update (In thread)

cumulative security update for internet explorer 11 for windows 7 for x64-based systems
is the error I get when I try to install it, I've tried fix it, system readiness tool, registry fixers, registry reset, and still I get it, but I've done a lot of research and the only conclusion I can come up with is I have corrupted something I don't know. Please don't answer if your going to give me a link for "Checking" updates error 8007002. This is only happening to this specific update.

Ok when I restart my computer to configure updates, it goes up to 90% and then says that. But it reboots again and tries to configure a second time but still says failure, it does this 3 times and then I can log in. I think it may have something to do with the error (on my other thread) I have on a update and its affecting this, but I don't know what the problem is. If you see the picture, imagine seeing that one time and it reboots and says that 2 more times. That's what's happening to me.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)
