Failure configuring Windows Updates, Reverting changes

system: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits - system is in Spanish.

I followed all kinds of procedures on even more forums but no solution.

1. System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) - KB947821

installed!

2. SFC scan

done, scan stopped at 92%. Says that there are damaged files and refers to CBS.log

3. Windows Update Error Codes

80073712 - I already followed instructions to fix it, but error keeps popping up
80070002 - I already followed instructions to fix it, but error keeps popping up

4. Log Collection

I can't upload the file, because it seems to be to big (11 mb). I shared it on the next link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9y1xokombpamohc/CBS.zip

thanks a lot people for any help!

Bad news :(
Here's the summary from your CheckSUR report
Code:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 1808
 Found 10975 errors
 Fixed 1 errors
CSI C Mark Deployment Missing Total count: 30
CSI Payload File Missing Total count: 10924
Fixed: CSI Payload File Missing. Total count: 1
CBS Watchlist Package Missing Total count: 21

The SFC scan failed to complete - after 17529 error messages.
Since there are only around 50,000 files in the Winsxs folder (excluding manifest files) this means that 35% of your system files are either damaged or missing.

I would not even start thinking about manual repair - and I suspect that a repair install attempt will fail.
Back up all your data to external media and reformat/reinstall.

thanks for your answer! Ok, so just a reinstall of Windows would solve the problem - thanks again!

after you do your re-install of Windows make sure you have your product key on hand, because when I re-installed Windows it took me like a month before I finally got the product key correct and another thing order the proper recovery disks from the computer manufacturer or put your computer back to out-of the box condition if the recovery partition is still intact

Factory Recovery is the worst possible install of Win7 one can have, larded with bloatware and useless duplicate utilities which have better versions built into Win7. You'll not even experience Win7 native performance until you do what most tech enthusiasts do and Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Everything needed is in the blue link to get and keep a perfect install.

There's a world of difference here!
Factory recovery may not be the optimal situation, but it IS the easiest and most likely to succeed.
Factory restores have the benefit of recovering the system to the intended launch-point, with all required drivers loaded.
Any other method will require some detailed knowledge of the hardware and/or software installed.

We've had no reported failures to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 here in the five years since Win7 was released, after helping tens of thousands of users do them.

Users stuck with the factory pre-install of Win7 don't ever experience Win7 native performance, as the best OS ever is smothered by useless crap and duplicate utilities that interfere with better versions built into Win7.

If you only run Factory Recovery be sure to Clean Up Factory Bloatware which will claw back some performance but it will still be a lesser install, whereas doing the Clean Reinstall will give you the best possible install.
