As much as I tried to get into this game, I just can't, to repetitive and to arcade-ish so I want to uninstall it but I like to save my Saved Games just in case I decide to undust my copy in the near future... where can I find those saved game files?

The google search did not yield any good answers :p

Uhmmm, never mind folks, I found them doing a little search. It was easier than I thought and if anyone is looking for them, they are under:

7:/Documents/My Games

Mods, if you feel that this post is just wasting space, by all means, delete it. sorry for the mess :o

I don't think it's wasting space at all. I play Empire Total War and Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum and can't find my save game files for either game ANYWHERE. They're not under User, and they're not in any file on the C or D drives that I can access. WHERE ARE THEY??? In Windows XP all you had to do was go into the C Drive, find your game, and there they were.

Thanks for the info! I found that one and was able to delete my saved games there. However, I still can't find the save games for Railroad Tycoon 2. As before, they weren't in any of the usual places you guys tell us to look! Any ideas on where else in the computer I can search? Thanks again for your help!

Steve

P.S.--I finally found the Railroad Tycoon 2 save game files, and this may apply to other games too for you all out there. This game saves its files (they're GM files) to the "Virtual" folder under "users" and "local."
