last year, battlefield 2142, cod mw1 and 2, operation flashpoint DR, farcry 2
this year, mass effect 2 (wicked game) and the up and coming battlefield bad company 2( if the beta is anything to go by then it could be my game of the year???? watch this space)

All time? Doom 3. I wasted more hours playing that than many of my newer games combined.

Crysis
Crysis Warhead
Unreal Tournament 3

..mainly because of the Crossfire app that ATI have just released - it's given these games a real boost..
- particularly Crysis, which is ultra-smooth and looks totally magnificent in Crossfire..!!

I also play a lot of X3:Terran Conflict, but that's a much slower game - my current X3:TC game has been running for ages, it's very absorbing..

Last I heard Diablo 3 has been postponed until next year as blizzard is focused on the new Starcraft for release this year.

Heh, there website has had the same status for almost a 1yr+ now if im not mistaken, still no release date for neither.

Well, it used to be the Silent Hunter series.
But Ubi want's to release the next version with DRM (required internet connection) to start / play / save.
So, for now it's GRAW 2.

And it's only going to run through the first half of the war which is also unappealing to me.

the wing commander games were so much fun. i loved them, they should really make us a new one. hell really i'd just like to see some new arcade space shooters in general.

Just installed back Ages of Empire lll - was a pretty good game!
