How about KB2600217? Listed as important but not checked. Learned last month this is called "throttling", when MS suspects a problem. It's a big one too.
Based on my experience last month MS forgets about it unless you somehow push them to check it for install.

I always leave those for last. Some updates should be done alone. I did it last and no problems.
