Solved file sharing with only username

hi all

I used to file share with my other computers in my home network with only username (blank password).

This is to allow permission (read only) on some folders.

It is working fine until i format the computer. i dont remember the steps how to create it. i google for answers and most guides will show me the one without both username and password.

Anyone please point me the guide or the steps.. thanks.

My setup is win7, win8 and mac.
