We need ALL the data...

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

I've uploaded a file - rntaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\rntaa
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\rntaa
or
DIR E:\rntaa

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

XCOPY <drive>:\rntaa <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

Thank you, you are rellay the best.
First you fix my activation few months ago.
and know i think you fix it again.

But i have a question I maybe have a virus on my Pc or had a virus.
I had tow Pc starts in witch my Pc do a CHKDSK and my pc delete some very crazy files like KILLER%%% or Killer3033.
But after these tow CHKDSK also the "good" files are missing so the files that you will fix.
The Problem comes after I install my new printer software from the original CD from HP.
Do you see any conflicts or does something hang together?

It's possible that a virus could come in and disrupt the OS like this - the latest errors are mostly to do with networking.
What AV are you using?
Run Malwarebytes and see what it finds...

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

Delete everything it finds

Will Malwarebytes protect me when it is my only AV?
Cause then I would buy the premium version (:

No - MBAM is designed to fight malware rather than viruses, and is for use as a complementary scanner to normal AV products. Check their forums for the best way to configure it to run with Kaspersky.
Many people run it beside MSE - so they are only paying for MBAM (MSE is free).
