There is definitely a bug in Firefox and I am wondering if anyone knows how to address it.
My computer runs fully-patched Windows 7. The version of Firefox that I am running is 115.32.0esr (64-bit). Here’s the issue: Whenever I click on a .exe to download it, two files are created: FName.exe with a size of 0 bytes and FName(1).exe which is the actual file. Why on earth does this happen and more importantly, is there some way to fix this obnoxious bug?
