First BSOD - High CPU Usage?

My first one on this old warhorse. Bottom of screen said collecting data and was taking an unacceptable long time so I 'took names' (see below), powered down and restarted. Happened the other day. No incidents since then but thought I would post anyway. File attached.

No new h/w -s/w installed for a long time. I have noticed high cpu/ram for short period soon after startup when the machine is idle and no apps other than Rainmeter and Objectdock and a few other minor, very low cpu footprint gadgets on startup (but these have been there since always).
