First CPU usage is very high compared to others (pic)

My laptops fan is going all the time and it's driving me insane. The cpu usage seems weird to me, is this normal? I don't know how to check why that specific one is so high. I have mysql installed. Using Ruby on Rails. Have rails server running.

Thanks for such a fast reply. I just restarted my computer and it's not doing it yet. I'll post that if it starts again. I almost included it with the original post
