So this is the first time I've ever had a BSOD whilst running on stock clock speeds. I just resumed the PC from sleep when it happened. I've uploaded the file as instructed. Hoping some folks can assist.

Additional info - I took out my RAM modules a couple of days ago to test another module, which ended up working fine. When I plugged both modules in the first time, I got a no POST. After some retries of plugging them back in, it eventually POSTed.

You are running an ASUS Product ID (PID) on an ASRock.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to clean install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
