Flash drive help!!

Hello, I have an issue with my 16GB SanDisk USB flash drive. This USB flash drive was working fine till last night. When I plunged it to my computer as usual, it told me to format it a first. The newly transferred videos inside this USB drive were also inaccessible. Should I format this drive? How about my stored videos? Is there any way for me to restore my videos back before formatting? Please help me!

Your pen drive has probably turned RAW (check it in Windows Disk Management.)
