can anybody sand me a link where i can follow the steps on how to make my flashdrive remove the "write protect" error.

Brand ? Capacity? For how long have you been using it? When did it get write-protected? Is it under warranty? Are you able to read the contents of the flash drive? Does it work on another PC? Do other flash drives work on your PC? Answers to all required. :)

A flash drive can turn write-protected when it reaches its end of life. So we have to ascertain that first.
