Last night, I experienced some flashing/flickering/blinking of the screen while I was playing The Sims 3. I know the game has overheated graphics cards in the past, so I'm concerned; thankfully, Christmas is coming up if I need a new card. But hopefully it doesn't come to that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked for newer drivers or attempted to reinstall your current ones? I would suggest downloading Precision X to keep an eye on your temperatures.
