Forgotten Password Reset

Dear All,

please let me know that how can we implement the feature that user can reset his/her password by themselves from OWA in case they forgot their password.

I saw this feature somewhere implemented which asks about some security questions and then let us reset the password or unlock the locked out account, kindly guide how can we implement such a feature.

Brink, if a former employee [suddenly released], a neighbor of mine in cube-city, "took the password" with him, what would you suggest in that situation?

I'd say the IT department should have a way to reset it, or delete/close the former employee's account.

Ah, now that bit of information would make a difference. OWA wasn't very clear until now.
