Solved fps drops the longer i play

1and 2 . What games are you playing that only run at 20 fps?
far cry 4 3 splinter cell blacklist rocket league but no settings makes
a difference low or ultra
3. What are you using to measure your frame rate?
fraps
4 and 5. Have you benchmarked the card to see if you can even run games at 1080p at a decent frame rate?
yes I could run gta v at high settings 1080p 40-50 fps

i have fixed it!
i needed to update my drivers but amd auto dectect say the is no updates but by being bored i saw this program called radion setting and it poped up you need to update and it worked!
so if eny one has this issue DONT USE AMD AUTOdetect!
