FPS Problem while using WTFast

Hello, i'm currently playing a game called Age of Wulin and because my ms isn't that great i use WTFast and my ms have been improved, but the problem is whenever i use it i experience fps drop, when i'm usually arround 50-60 fps now i'm at 40 fps and every 3 seconds i get an annoying fps drop for a split second, here is the settings of the game

Anyone have an idea how to fix that?

milliseconds, as in network latency. WTFast is a VPN service, I remember it from WoW days

Also update your drivers if you haven't already.
Make sure you are on a High Performance power plan.
