hello everybody i have an origin battlefield 3 game and a big problem with it the fps in game my is about 10-12 so i wonder why the game is so laggy to my PC like my other games for example as battlefield bad company 2 im getting about 30-60 fps or like far cry 3 same 30-60fps but battlefield is my one of the favourite game so i want to play it at least on 20fps when now im getting 12 so how do i fix this problem without not buying anything bicause it cost my a big money my PC specs is:

as i said ive never haved that kind of problem in gaming such as bfbc2 or far cry 3 and other maybe there is some fixes or something who could help me
It's your entire system, not just your CPU that's causing the bottleneck. A new CPU might help a little, but it probably won't be enough to run the game any better because your Ram and GPU would still be a bottleneck. Your CPU is actually the best component of your system for BF 3 because it's over the minimum requirements, even if only slightly. It's not really 'good' but should be adequate to squeeze out a playable framerate if your other hardware is better.
I hate to say it, but buying new hardware is the only fix for this. Your CPU, GPU, and Ram are all at the absolute minimum system requirements. A GTS 450 is roughly equivalent to the 8800 GT that only meets the minimum requirements for the game. You should never buy any game if you only meet the bare minimum requirements because it will always behave like Battlefield 3 does on your system.
Minimum system requirements won't actually run a game. Minimum requirements is enough that the game will turn on without an immediate CTD and the controls will work, but the framerate will be crap and the game will be incredibly choppy and pretty unplayable just like you're seeing with BF 3.
Never base a buying choice on a game based on the minimum system requirements. You should be looking at the recommended requirements instead. You can be a little below those requirements, but if you're hardware isn't roughly equivalent to the recommended requirements then you shouldn't bother with the game.
You need to have hardware that is more in line with the recommended requirements to run a game well enough to actually play it and yours isn't good enough to do it with BF 3. There isn't any kind of tweak or trick that's going to make it run any better.
Honestly, I suggest not playing BF 3 until you get better hardware. You're going to stress your system and burn out your components if you keep running any game that's putting enough of a load on your system to consistently drop the framerate down that low. Then you'll be forced to spend the cash to buy new hardware anyway.
My advice is save some money and buy a new system or upgrade, and put BF 3 aside until you do. Otherwise you might end up not playing anything because you fried your system trying to run it.
Honestly it probably won't cost you that much. Your CPU will do, and you don't need a top of the line GPU. Just something better than your 450 GTX. Ram is also cheap and would help a lot.
I suggest investing in a 1 GB or 2 GB 560 GT and 4 GB of Ram. Don't just buy another 2 GB stick and slap it in, buy 4 GB of ram together. You can't mix and match Ram and need to replace what you're currently using, not simply buy more and add to it.
That would be enough to run BF 3 at a decent framerate. You're not going to be able to crank the settings up much, but you could run BF 3 and 4 at mid to low settings with just that even with your CPU.
A 560 is $150, 4 GB of ram is roughly $40. That's less than $200 to upgrade your PC enough to let you run BF 3 and 4. Your CPU is actually slightly over the minimum requirements for the game. It's not really good, but should be enough that you can get a playable framerate if you just replace your GPU and Ram. Don't expect a miracle, you're still probably looking at around 30 fps at low to medium settings.
Though, when you can afford it, I also suggest upgrading to a quad core CPU. Though, that would cost around $120-$200 depending on clock speed. 3.0 is great if you can afford it, but a quad core 2.4 would be plenty to run at decent settings with a very good framerate with your other hardware upgraded as well.
A new CPU is not something you'd absolutely have to do to run the game well enough to play it, but it would help. I'd recommend getting the GPU and Ram first, and then maybe upgrading the CPU at a later date.
You have to use an Intel CPU and can't put an AMD CPU into your MoBo because they use different slots.
Keep in mind it's November. The holiday sales will be starting after the 28th on Friday the 29th through to Christmas on most online retailers. So if you're patient and wait until then, you might be able to find a really good deal on the parts. You could actually probably get an even better card and CPU for the same money if you hold out and maybe even spring for 8 GB of Ram because of a sale discount.
