FRAPS does not load

Hi All,

I recently built my new PC and I can't seem to get Fraps working. After installing the shareware version, when I double click the FRAPS icon, my cursor turns into the spinning circle, then nothing...

Any help would be great.

This doesn't help you. I downloaded the latest copy of Fraps and it runs under Win 7 64 bit.

I've heard it may be a video card or driver issue, but I can't verify it. I tried updating the driver but that didn't help.
