I am using Win 7 and Windows Live Mail on my wife's PC.
Yesterday an image file in ESET NOD32 64 bit caused that program not to show the icon in the taskbar. I uninstalled NOD32 and then reinstalled it, and NOD was back working again.
Today my wife tried to download her email, but every time she attempted to open WLM it came up with an error (see attached file).
I have repaired the original installation - uninstalled - re-installed WLM several times and keep receiving the same error each time it is re-installed. I have even downloaded a fresh installation file of WLM, still having the same problem.
Is anybody able to steer me in the right direction as to how I may resolve the problem.
