I'm happy that 4.0 is free but it really is poor you had to buy earlier versions.

I remember having to do integration by parts, chain rule differentiation! What this bit of software does is quite impressive - especially when it's free.
Great for high school and University students.

Here's an app for those with set top boxes that don't accommodate DTS:

I was using Popcorn Audio Converter, which is good too. But MKV2AC3 now remuxes rather than just outputing the converted streams, making it equally convenient. Also it handles several input formats, including AAC.

Did you notice the installer of that Microsoft Mathematics asks if you want to add mathematic features to Word and Excel? It's very nicely integrated to Office, which is a big plus.

Appears to be word & one note but not excel which is rather strange.
I know it's free but a scripting capability would have been nice.

The paid version 3.0 also does not support Excel which is a shame

I have not used it yet, will be checking it later, but have heard a lot of good things about it,
like "OpenOffice Killer". And, can also be found in Portable Format (you should know where)
